Return Policy

We know ordering online can be difficult. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will accept a return and refund the purchase price.

It’s easy to return a product. Send an email to sales@blufflandwildlifeproducts.com with your name and order number. We will follow up with an RMA number along with return instructions.

Please Note:

Bluffland Wildlife Products is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RMA#.
Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Not in new condition – If a returned item is used, damaged or missing any parts required to use the Deer Cage, we reserve the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee.
